National Business and Technical Examinations Board NABTEB Examination Date

The Authority of the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) has not released the timetable for the year 2025 National Business Certificate (NBC) and National Technical Certificate (NTC) examinations.

Also, please note that there will be NO FREE WEEK between theory and practical examinations. And they will merge the examination Centres with less than 10 candidates with the nearest Centres with adequate Halls and classrooms for quality assurance.

NCDC guidelines on COVID-19 of hand washing, use of alcohol-based sanitisers, face masks and social distancing will be strictly adhered to.

Steps to Check Your NABTEB Result

1. Enter your Candidature Identification Number. Example: 38001178.

2. Also, select the Type of Examination

3. Again, enter the 4 digits of your Examination Year. Example: 2002.

4. Also, enter the Card Serial Number found on the reverse side of your Scratch card. The Card Serial Number has an alphabet prefix followed by digits. Example: N123456789.

5. Additionally, enter the 12-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Scratch card. Example: 012345678912

6. Furthermore, click Submit and wait for the results window to come up

How to Have Your NABTEB Result Sent to Your E-Mail Address

1. Follow steps 1-5 above.

2. Also, click on the ‘Send Results to E-mail’ box

3. Additionally, enter a valid e-mail address. Example: [email protected]

4. Furthermore, click Submit and wait for the results window to come up.

How to Check Your NABTEB Results Using Your Mobile Phones

Send SMS in the format below:

NABTEB*ExamNo*PIN*ExamType*ExamYear To short-code 32327

For example:

To check for May/June results,

NABTEB*01001001*123456789012*MJ*2012

To check for Nov/Dec results,

NABTEB*01001001*123456789012*ND*2012

Note: Ensure you adhere strictly to the format above. And there should be no space in the message. Also, wait for your result to be delivered to your mobile phone via SMS.

What You Should Not Do When Accessing NABTEB Portal

Do not use a card that another candidate has already used.

Do not enter an invalid e-mail address for the result to be sent, as this will penalise you by deducting your card use.

While Registering for NABTEB

1. Visit a Cybercafe to capture students’ biometric information. (That is, Right and Left Thumb). NOTE: You can get a copy of NABTEB Biometric Data Capture Application from the nearest NABTEB office.

2. Also, make sure you supply the correct name and passporthttps://my.assistedu.com.ng/registration card alongside PIN and SERIAL when doing the Biometric Data Capture.

3. Furthermore, on successful Biometric Data Capture, Proceed to the online Registration Portal to complete the Registration exercise.

NOTE: The portal will not allow you to register online without first doing the biometric data capture.

4. Also, fill the form displayed accordingly and submit.

5. Additionally, print the PHOTOCARD and registration completion and keep it in a safe place.

NOTE:

1. Make sure your passport is 160px by 200px and size is less than 30kb

2. Click on the ‘Start Here’ link

3. Furthermore, fill in the PIN, and serial number got from the purchased scratch card

4. Also, fill the form displayed and submit

5. Additionally, write down your Candidate Number in a safe place
