• Those applying for Host community merit award should come from imo , rivers state, Bayelsa, Delta state
• Those applying for National merit award should be a student of geology, Engineering, Geoscience, Agricultural science

• Your jamb admission letter should be ready
• Recent passport photos not less than 6 months
• Birth certificate
• Local government certificate
• You must obtain a letter from your CDC chairman
