Jamb Registration Closing Date

The closing date for the registration of the Joint Admission and Matriculation, (JAMB) Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) has been fixed and it is Monday 17th February 2025. The official JAMB closing date deadline might be extended, we will let you know if it is, however, we urge all JAMBites to register for the examination before it is too late.

• JAMB Closing Date 2025/2026 for UTME Registration is scheduled to end on 17th February, 2025.
• JAMB Registration Portal for UTME is expected to shut-down before the end date of February, 2025

Failure of any candidates to register on time is unfortunate and the Board has hastens to add that this culture of impunity will not be tolerated at all.

Penalty for late registration has been imposed. UTME candidates are therefore strongly advised to take advantage of the extension to register as request for further extension would not be entertained.

IMPORTANT – Once JAMB Registration Portal is closed, no applications will be accepted. So, register now while the JAMB UTME registration is still ongoing.

Helpful Tips

During the Examination, all candidates should take note, that the JAMB board does not allow candidates to use wristwatches and pens on the examination. Therefore, it’s better to leave them outside if you don’t want to get involved in troubles or get your result canceled.

The price for the 2025 UTME Registration Form is three thousand, five hundred Naira only (N3,500), minus the fee charged by the Cafe centers/Computer centers for registration.

Candidates should take note that the registration fee also includes the N300 as a commission for each application. The same procedure was used in 2025.

However, for all foreign-based candidates who will be sitting for the examination, take note that the registration fee is $20 per candidate’s application.
